📘 Class Policies (Payment & Sessions)
1. Payment Policy
Classes are conducted in packages of 4 sessions.
The class fee must be paid in advance before starting the package.
To avoid interruptions, the payment for the next package must be made before the 4th class of the current package.
If the payment is not made, the next class will not be scheduled.
2. Class Duration
Each class will run for [two and half hour to three hours].
If the student is late, the class will still end at the scheduled time.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed classes without notice will be considered as completed.
4. Communication
All class updates and fee reminders will be sent via [WhatsApp/Email/etc.].
Please ensure payments are made on time to avoid disruptions.
